I try to send goods by return whenever possible but some goods have to be made to order or if I am out of stock or waiting for a delivery of timber, then new items have to be made so there might be a delay if that is the case then you will be notified. |

Unwanted items (listed stock items only) (provided they are undamaged and in original packaging may be sent back for a full refund (less postage) at the customers expense, item must be returned before refund given. Items made to the customers specification cannot be refunded. |
